A flat $99 diagnostic fee applies in that case. If you approve the repair — even if it takes more than one visit — that $99 is fully credited to your final bill. We tell you the diagnosis and the cost before you decide. No surprises, no pressure.

What if you can't make my appointment?

We notify you within 1 hour and reschedule with priority. Most repairs reschedule once at most. We do not promise "guaranteed" same-day — we promise honest timing. If we cannot service you same-day, we tell you upfront, not after multiple cancellations.
